At Bare Body, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure that all our clients have the best experience possible. To help us maintain our schedule and serve all our clients efficiently, we have implemented the following appointment cancellation policy:
1. Non-Refundable Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.
2. Cancellation Notice:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
3. No-Show Policy:
- A "No-Show" is when a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice. In the event of a No-Show, a fee of $40.00 will be required before any future appointments can be rebooked. Additionally, the original deposit will be forfeited.
4. Late Arrivals:
- Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late, the time missed will be deducted from your session, and you will still be charged the full amount. Clients are responsible for the full amount of the originally booked service. To be clear, late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled.
5. Rebooking:
- To rebook after a No-Show, the $40.00 No-Show fee must be paid in full along with a new non-refundable deposit for the next appointment.
- We understand that life happens, and sometimes changes are unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy, allowing us to provide the best possible service to all our clients.
